COLORLAK – PROFESSIONAL IN THE SERVICE OF THE ARMY

On Wednesday the 30th of September, the first Pandur II 8x8 vehicles of our army were handed over and their production was relocated to the Czech Republic. On behalf of the supplier, the top management of COLORLAK, a.s. also took care of the ceremony. The production and service of all other carriers is now conducted in the Military Repair Company in Senov by Novy Jicin.

An essential part of all carriers is their surface treatment, which ensures complete protection. The application of COLORLAK’s ARMY coating system was developed directly “tailor-made” for exterior surface treatment of modern technology, equipment and materials of the Czech Army.

The coating system utilising a final layer of U 2500 ARMY integrates high anticorrosive protection with a camouflage effect in visible and close infrared areas of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum, with increased resistance to damage from mechanical or atmospheric causes, the impact of special cleaning and combat substances. ARMY series coating substances are used for various army facilities (residential and transport containers), vehicles (terrain, cargo, combat, tanks) and aircrafts (e.g. L 410, L 39 or L 159 ALCA). U 2056 (or U 2054) has even received international acclaim, particularly in the Russian Federation, for demanding surface treatments of cargo planes and hydroplanes (Be 200), fighter jets (e.g. SU 30Mk, SU 27) and battle helicopters (e.g. Ka 50; Mi 24; Mi 35).
