acrylate semi-matt synthetic single-layer paint for steel and zinc coated surfaces
Use:
• ZINOREX S 2211 is used for quick drying priming and finishing coating of steel products, galvanized steel including freshly zinc coated materials;
• applied in 1 to 2 coats it works as an anticorrosive primer and a semi-flat top coat in one;
• thickness of one coat is 50-80 µm, depending on the method of application;
• the paint can also be used as a high-quality anticorrosive priming coat under e.g. polyurethane and acrylate finishing paints;
• ZINOREX is versatile in its use. It fits not only for industrial painting of habitable and transport containers, pallets, linings, structures and factory buildings, lamp poles, guards of machines and devices but also for high-resistant coatings of eaves and window sills, outer metal structures, fences, gates, etc.;
• the paint S 2117 is suitable for painting products and surfaces that come in indirect contact with consumables, feeding stuffs and drinking water.

Application:
With a brush, by spraying or with a paintroller - optimum ambient and surface temperature is 18-25 oC and relative air humidity up to 75%. The substrate must be dry, clean and free from rust and grease, if any. Spraying is the most suitable method of application. Normal thickness of the dried coating for application by brush is 60-80 µm.
Thinner: C 6000 for spraying, S 6005 for brush or roller
Theoretical spreading rate: 5-6 m2 from 1 litre of paint in one layer
